The challenge: The historic hotel is to be renovated – the carpets in the rooms are to be removed. A hardwood floor is the best choice for the hotel family due to hygiene and atmosphere. The inevitable residues of the old floor covering would require an expensive subfloor renovation. Improved room acoustics are also a goal.
